Birthday Turtle

Yesterday it had been the 30th birthday of one of my class mates...As I was invited to the party I had to get a birthday card for him. As he really liked the cards I made, I decided to make one for him too. It shouldn't be too girly though.

So I used one of Karen's images to make this amazing card:

As he is "OLD" now, I got some vicious things for his birthday, like anti-aging creme, tablets for cleaning your 3rd teeth, earplugs, and so on... So I had to do a vicious inside as well, telling him why he needs all these products now.

And this is how I wrapped everything:

New York Birthday

On Friday I made a birthday card for Maria and her husband Stephan. They both turned 50 and celebrated together... As they want to fly to New York City as a birthday present to themselves I made a NYC themed birthday card for them.

Pink Christmas

Today I made a Christmas card as I really wanted to use that new Tilda stamp...

As you couldn't really see the shimmer of the chalks, I added some stickles to the card, so that it glitters more.

Spring Birthday

Here's another birthday card for a friend (her birthday is around Easter) I made today...
  

As I didn't have any flower pin I made it myself. I just used a pin and glued it to a flower brad with the hot-melt gun, after removing the brads behind the flower... I think it looks nice...

Flowery Birthday Wishes

This is a quick birthday card I made for my aunt. She invited us for a birthday brunch tomorrow morning and I didn't want to go without a self-made card.

I wanted to make a folded-flower-card, but as I hadn't positioned my die cut exactly I had 2 flowers instead of one to fold, so I helped myself with a brad...

I think the card turned out nice as well with the brad and I am satisfied with the result...
